| Hello, my name is Mr. Vince Schmaltz and I am from Custer, South Dakota. I graduated from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota where I received a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics Education and minors in Computer Programming and Computer Applications. I enjoy traveling (completed a goal of mine during the summer of 2010 of visiting all 50 states), sports, hiking, and video games. |
This is my twentieth year teaching at Sturgis Brown High School. I have taught Math Computations, Pre-Algebra Applications, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Algebra Applications, Beginning Computer, Computer 1, SLC Computer, ICT 1, ICT 2 Multimedia, Web Page Design, and Computer Programming. The Fall Semester I will be teaching Web Page Design A, ICT 1, and Pre-Algebra A. The Spring Semester I will be teaching ICT 1, ICT 2 Multimedia, Web Page Design B, and Pre-Algebra B. I will also be helping at the Sturgis Academy. |

students to achieve high academic success. I have high expectations for
